MENUS

Small menus with carefully chosen favourite dishes. Ever-changing according to the day’s “catch”, the weather, the mood, and ingredients that simply make sense.

Breakfast is included in the room rate. We serve sourdough rolls and rye bread with cheese and ham. Yoghurt with homemade granola and compote. Organic soft-boiled eggs from the nearby farm Lammehave. All served with local organic apple juice from Andreigaard and good filter coffee or tea.

Please allow for small changes to the menu depending on the chef's mood. Menus change with the seasons, but also on a weekly basis. Kindly let us know about any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before arrival, and our chefs will do their very best to accommodate your wishes.
