We recommend that you read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid and you have received a written confirmation from Villa Hesnæs.
Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
We accept bank transfer and the payment methods stated in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Later cancellations are refunded according to the tiers stated in your confirmation.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.
5. House Rules
Villa Hesnæs is a non-smoking property. We ask that guests are considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
6. Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Force Majeure
Villa Hesnæs is not liable for failure to perform its obligations where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
To keep things fair for every guest, Villa Hesnæs is inspected before and after each stay.
Below you can read what the inspection covers and what to expect regarding your deposit.
1. Purpose of the Inspection Report
Before and after every stay, Villa Hesnæs is inspected so that the property and its contents are accounted for and any damage can be fairly assessed.
2. Before You Leave
We ask that you leave the villa in the same condition as you found it, with dishes washed and furniture returned to its original place.
3. Reporting Damage or Loss
Please let us know as soon as possible if anything is damaged, broken, or missing during your stay, so we can address it promptly.
4. Deposit Return
Following the post-stay inspection, your deposit is returned within 14 days, less any costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
